30-Day Return Policy - You may return merchandise purchased on ByeByeBogey.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns longer than 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Merchandise sent back for a refund must be in its original condition and undamaged. Refunds will be added to your account once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted. Please Contact Us At email@example.com Prior To Returning Any Merchandise. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
How to return merchandise?
To correctly return merchandise follow the steps below:
- Carefully repack the return merchandise, including all parts from original packing.
- Included a copy of your packing slip or write the product and sales order number on a sheet of paper with your name and address. Product and order confirmation can be found on your order confirmation email.
